5. Intellectual Property

The JustCopy.ai platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by JustCopy.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the applications and content you create using our service. By using JustCopy.ai, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

Open Source Code

Code templates in our monorepo may be subject to various open source licenses. You are responsible for complying with applicable license terms.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI agents generate code based on your inputs and our templates. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deployment. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for your specific needs.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTCOPY.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JustCopy.ai harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.
